We all have spare change loitering around the house, under the sofa, cluttering bedside tables and weighing down our pockets, but now here at Buxton we have come up with a solution! Announcing (drum roll please) the 'Coppers for Claire jars!' They will be placed round the office to collect money (not just coppers) to be given to the fund when the jars are full. We will also be having a cupcake sale just before Christmas (because of course no one diets at Christmas, what's the point!) Instead of sending cards to each other this Christmas we will be putting money in the jars instead. Also in the spring (details TBC) we will be holding a bring and buy sale so start sorting that old junk (or even new Christmas gifts that you didn't actually want!).
Also members of the team are planning to join Phoebe and Monika for part of their treck to Success - as stretcher bearers!!!!!- ha ha.
As a team we are also planning where possible to join the main office in supporting their events so watch this space.....
